Dr. Warren Copes from the USDA/ARS Southern Horticultural Laboratory in Poplarville, MS will be investigating the Characterization of Rhizoctonia fungi associated with azalea. Dr. Suha Jabaji of McGill University in Montreal, Canada will be studying the Characterization of transcriptome of Rhizoctonia solani and volvatoxin production. While they will be spending most of their time in the Fungal Ecology and Population Biology Lab, we look forward to having many fruitful interactions while they are here.'
