ALL application documents and the Program Fee must be completed and received by NC State University in order to review your application.  Incomplete applications will jeopardize acceptance into SCIBLS.  We request that you submit all forms at one time.

DUE TO ENROLLMENT LIMITATIONS, ADMISSION IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS. 

1. SCIBLS will register you for the coursework once all application paperwork and the Program Fee have been processed. 
2. SCIBLS tuition will be billed in May or June by the NC State Cashier’s Office. 
3. Room charge will be collected at check in on July 6.

January 24 – Application opens
April 15 – Scholarship application deadline
May 24 – Withdrawal deadline with refund
