SCIBLS 2008 Costs

The cost of attending SCIBLS for North Carolina residents is estimated at:

• $1,033 for Commuter students (includes Program fee and Tuition).
• $1,933 for Residential students (includes Program fee, Tuition, Room and Board)
• $3,133 for Out of state resident (includes Program fee, Tuition, Room and Board)

Additional Costs (not included in estimates above)

• Commuter costs for lunch and meals
• Books if required
• Recreational and miscellaneous spending
• Parking permit

Schedule of Payments

1. SCIBLS Program Fee - $520 (paid at time of application)
2. Tuition estimate - $513 ($1,713 estimated non resident tuition).
   NC State will send a bill for tuition after you have been accepted into SCIBLS and registered for the coursework.  Billed in May/June.  Payment will be made directly to the NC State Cashier’s Office.  SCIBLS will make tuition payments for scholarship students.
3. Room and Board (Residential Students only)- $900 for 4 weeks. 
   Room payment will be collected at check-in on July 6^th.  The cost will be $450 for a double room.  Meals are the responsibility of the student.
